Mileage cluster programming is the core of our work. We are a preferred vendor for Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Acura and Genesis among other brands, and we have been setting digital odometers since they first replaced mechanical ones.
Every cluster is programmed in house, and the mileage we set is recorded on your invoice so the dash and the paperwork always agree.
Procedures
- Send well-packaged instrument cluster to: 718 Emerson St. Palo Alto, CA 94301-2410
- Place your order through our Mileage Cluster Programming order form. The form records your PO and RO numbers and the exact mileage you want set, so nothing has to be written out and circled by hand. Verbal purchase order numbers are still not accepted. When you submit it you will be given a ticket number. Print that page and put it in the box with the cluster.
- Please specify what type of return shipping service you desire; we use UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air). If you would like, you can place a pre-paid return shipping label, but know that you will be responsible for insuring the package appropriately, and you will need to handle any loss or damage shipping claims if they arise. We charge a handling fee of $2.50 if you are providing us with a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Please include specific contact information with the name and phone number of the person at the dealership that we can contact directly with any questions.
